About In The Pink

In the Pink is a free, mobile application that aims to educate the user about breast cancer and create a support system for breast cancer treatment and management in the Philippines.

Patients and families will have access to a comprehensive resource guide and an itemized list of available services provided by hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to help them through their cancer care journey. The app contains a directory of support groups for newly diagnosed patients and cancer survivors.

Created in partnership with ICanServe Foundation, In The Pink also includes infographics available in English, Tagalog and Bisaya for users to take control of their own breast health, an overview of factors that raise the risk of developing breast cancer and a step-by-step illustrated guide and video that teaches Filipino women how to conduct a breast self-exam.

*The app currently caters to facilities and groups in Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao. Plans to expand its base are already underway.
